On September the 26th 2013, HP implemented an evaluation and assessment on all HP PartsOne Program Partners and will continue to do so on a quarterly basis. One of the main goals of these assessments is to ensure each HP Partner promotes the HP brand effectively and continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences to HP customers as part of their Total Customer Experience project.
