NZ Store Website Revamped!

[:en]EMPR has always been passionate about obtaining feedback from our valued customers so that we can continually improve in all areas of our business. In August 2013 we introduced a new feedback process which allowed us to capture every single piece of feedback a customer would provide, whether by Phone, Live chat, Email or Face to face, and work internally to investigate and either direct praise where it is due, or create solutions for any concerns customers have had. This feedback has assisted us in improving within all areas of our business benefiting not only our customers, but our business partners and technology partners as well.

In February 2013 we introduced a new Feedback button on our store websites so that our visitors would be able to easily provide direct feedback about their experience, right then and there. Since then, the feedback has been flowing in and the team at EMPR have been working away at making improvements all throughout the business and the website to enhance the total customer experience.

We are proud announce that thanks to the feedback we have been provided, we have completely renovated and revamped our New Zealand Store Website with Australia and the US Store Websites soon to follow.
