Months ago, we introduced a new Feedback application which allowed all of our customers to communicate areas of praise or concern regarding their online shopping experience with our store website. One area which was highlighted through this feedback was the conflicting needs of the Home User / Small to Medium Enterprise customers to the I.T Reseller customers. The Home User and Small to Medium Enterprise customers were finding our store website more technical than they were use to, this is why they needed to heavily rely on the support of our Sales and Customer Service teams each time they purchased from us. These customers were also looking for full products that we did not stock.
In 2013, the EMPR Group raised $42,347 for the Starlight Children’s Foundation with the help of our Staff, Business Partners, Customers, Families and Friends. This year, with the goal of making 10 wishes for seriously ill children of Starlight come true, we raised a total of $62,022!
EMPR is once again supporting the Starlight Children’s Foundation via the 2014 City2Surf.
The Starlight Children’s Foundation is in the business of transforming lives, they are a great charity which supports the needs of seriously ill children and their families by running programs integral to the total care of ill kids.

EMPR is proud to announce that we are now an official Authorised Parts Distributor for Lexmark International (Australia) Pty Limited.
Prior to this, Lexmark had a single parts distributor in Australia. With EMPR now onboard, Lexmark are eager to share in on EMPR’s external and internal sales, marketing, IT and warehouse capabilities as well as geographic representation in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Australia and Auckland New Zealand.
EMPR is proud to announce that we have just launched an official e-store on China’s most popular B2C online retail website, Tmall, otherwise formerly known as Taobao Mall. Tmall is a platform for local Chinese and international business, to sell quality, brand name goods to consumers in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

On September the 26th 2013, HP implemented an evaluation and assessment on all HP PartsOne Program Partners and will continue to do so on a quarterly basis. One of the main goals of these assessments is to ensure each HP Partner promotes the HP brand effectively and continues to deliver exceptional customer experiences to HP customers as part of their Total Customer Experience project.
