A big THANK YOU to everyone for attending our event at the City2Surf, and for helping #TEAMEMPR raise much needed funds for the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Our fundraising page was open until 6th September which allowed for additional donations. This pushed our fund raising over $90,000. An incredible result.
The ARN’s ICT Industry Awards is an annual event that allows IT vendors, distributors and resellers to come together as an industry and celebrate their accomplishments in the past 12 months.

It is with great pleasure to announce that EMPR has been appointed Lenovo’s very first Authorised Parts Distributor in the South Pacific Region.
Lenovo was in the market for an out of warranty parts distributor which could supply a 360 sales and logistics solution. In July 2014, EMPR were approached by Lenovo due to our reputation within the South Pacific as being the biggest and best distributor for Parts Supply, as well as our well-developed Sales channel. After a few months of strategic planning, EMPR embarked on a tender process where we found success in late 2014. Lenovo found EMPR to be the best suited and most experienced to meet their ANZ parts distribution requirements, and in addition, would be their first Authorised Distributor to offer Lenovo an eCommerce solution.
As part of our ongoing commitment to Customer Experience, EMPR Australia is now officially Quality Endorsed within all Australian offices. Our Head Office in Sydney Australia has been certified since 2001, and since opening in Melbourne and Brisbane over the last 18 months, ensuring the high quality of our systems and processes in our new Sales and Distribution Centres, has been a top priority.
Quality Assurance is only licensed to companies who have met the world’s most rigorous set of business management standards called the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. It’s a proven and instant way for customers to recognise that the company they are buying from, or working with, are committed to meeting and maintaining world standards. To achieve this status, EMPR is audited each year and must demonstrate how we meet and maintain these world standards for quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
The 2015 ARN Channel Choice Awards are now open and you have the opportunity to vote for your favourite Vendor, Distributor or Partner over the last 12 months.
While HP China go through these changes, rest assured that EMPR will continue to assist all customers, protecting their investment in HP products by stocking, selling and supporting Certified HP Genuine Replacement Parts.
