In August 2013 we introduced a new feedback process which allowed us to capture every single piece of feedback a customer would provide, whether by Phone, Live chat, Email or Face to face, and work internally to investigate and either direct praise where it is due, or create solutions for any concerns customers have had. This feedback has assisted us in improving within all areas of our business benefiting not only our customers, but our business partners and technology partners as well.
