As part of our ongoing commitment to Customer Experience, EMPR Australia is now officially Quality Endorsed within all Australian offices. Our Head Office in Sydney Australia has been certified since 2001, and since opening in Melbourne and Brisbane over the last 18 months, ensuring the high quality of our systems and processes in our new Sales and Distribution Centres, has been a top priority.
Quality Assurance is only licensed to companies who have met the world’s most rigorous set of business management standards called the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. It’s a proven and instant way for customers to recognise that the company they are buying from, or working with, are committed to meeting and maintaining world standards. To achieve this status, EMPR is audited each year and must demonstrate how we meet and maintain these world standards for quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
SAI Global looked at our Business Management System and commented on a number areas they saw as key strengths:
- Robust Information Systems which supports EMPR’s overall management system across the country
- Excellent Internal and External Communications
- Extensive documentation of all business processes
- Pro-activeness in Business Improvement
Being a Quality Endorsed company is a large commitment in which our staff are all happy to devote their time to. Being certified inspires the confidence of customers and staff by breaking down barriers between departments, and reaching defined business objectives. The standards we must maintain to retain the Quality Assured tick of approval provides our customers with real peace of mind, where they can rest assured we are providing them with the highest quality of both products and service.
Now that our Australian business is 100% Quality Endorsed, we are looking into streamlining systems and processes in New Zealand and the US in order to gain the same Certified Status.
